Webcam & Microphone
The 720p webcam produces slightly soft and noisy visuals in indoor lighting. There’s a noticeable amount of visual noise, but it gets the job done for quick video calls. Enabling low-light compensation in Lenovo Vantage software helps improve visibility in dim environments.
The webcam lacks IR sensors for face recognition login via Windows Hello. You need to rely on the fingerprint reader integrated into the power button.
The dual-array microphones pick up clear audio within a 2-meter radius. My voice came through clearly to other participants on Zoom and Google Meet calls. The mics also worked great for voice assistants like Alexa and Siri, even from 5 feet away.
